Over the head, usually easier to do that then pull it down. Roll it or straight up over the head and work it off slowly as not to rip it, and if you have any facial piercings be careful not to tear any out! Good luck! J

How tight? Like u can't lift over your head, tight?
I would go in shower get it wet, it stretchs the material!

Umm what i would do if you dont get grossed out use grease.in the 1970's,the had SOOO tight jeans on they had to use grease to take it off.Or if you dont care about it,Cut it from top to botttom pulling up so u dont catch ur skin.

You stand straight up, and pull up at the bottom of the shirt.

You should really try things on before you buy them to prevent this.

One time, and this is a true story for real, my shirt was so tight, Iiterally had to cut it off! :) lol, i would say cut it off

This has happend to me before. you just start to take it off normal and then when it gets hard you have to jump up and down trying to pull the thing off.
