Is a deal still official , if two people begin to shake hands but one of them is still thinking , and withdraws their hand ?

sweet heart in this day in age everything should be put down on paper. if you wnt to be known as a liar that yes you can back out but if you shoock hand on it then you should go through with it or explain to the other person that you've had second thoughts.

A handshake is just a symbolic gesture.
If both parties walk away from the deal in agreement (whether they shook or not) is what matters.
If I shake your hand,and then change my mind before we part ways,then it's time to renegotiate.
If it's on paper and signed.....that's a different story.That beats a handshake every time.
