Ethnicity means folk songs and recipes. Race means nothing at all to me.
And if you want to know why the United States is the way it is, there are plenty of history books, so look it up.

Nothing. We're all made out of the same stuff no matter how we look, where we live, or what we believe in. Too many people use race and ethnicity as excuses to hate others.

race deals more with your color. Ethnicity deals with your heritage, culture, history. You can be the same race, but have different ethnicities.
