Winter is the best time to perk up your appearance with some colour! Whereas summer is a good time to wear lots of shiny lipglosses, Winter weather being greyer and draber than usual (and that goes for winter clothes too) need some brightening up.
Rich colours like reds, plums, Chestnut etc. look great this time of year!

of course! who cares if your lips dont match the snow on the ground?!?!? what is the world coming to? If you do wear dark colors though put on some lip gloss first it makes it look way better

You should wear colours that suits you, just adapt to the season, for example light pink is used in winter too.

defintely!
go for a more matte look instead of glossy though. just make sure to moursturize or you're lips will be chapped from the matte and the cold weather.

Of course! Just because it's drab outside doesn't mean your lips should be! Berry colored and red lips are in...so flaunt them. ;)
