As they race for 3 hours or so and then the winners gather in the winners circle to celebrate their victory right after they win the race. How do they manage to go so long and hold it in without going to the bathroom?

There is no bathroom breaks. They sweat so much, that on some races losing 8 or 10 pounds would be normal. Therefore, they have to drink more water but they sweat it out before the liquid gets to the bladder, so "going" is usually not an issue. If they remain in the car without racing, let's say in the rain, then sometimes they have to go, but then again, this usually doesn't happen.

If you are talking about a Nascar race then no the drivers don't have bathroom breaks during the races. I'm not exactly sure how they hold it in during a 3 hour race, I guess they practice. I know that they lose a lot of water during the race because it is so hot and their sweating out their nutrients which is why you see them after the race drinking water, Gatorade or Powerade.

If they have to use the bathroom a lot of them just urinate in their firesuits. Most of the time they use the bathroom before the race. But some of them do drink water or Gatorade during a pit stop to keep their energy levels up.

I know that a lot of the drivers eat power bars during the races during pit stops and red flags to keep their energy up.

No breaks, and they usually sweat out the fluids before they have to use the restroom, unless something is wrong phsyically with them, like an illness. If they wet their suits, they would boil their testicles because the seat gets hot as well with the exhaust running right under there.

According to FIA regulations. 2 hours is the maximun for one person to drive. This is the ,main factor which determines the length of a F1 race.
They pee before the race, and don't consume much fluid during the race. Its very easy for a fit person to go 2 hours!!

They do not stop.

Secret; Ever see a driver win a race and the poor water of something over himself in the car before he gets out? Like he's too hot or something?

Usually, that's to get his jumpsuit wet and hide where he had to wet his pants.

This is not a joke. It really happens......

They don't have to "take a break" any more than marathon runners do, for the same reason. They are dehydrated after a race.

ok, that was a dumb question. they dont stop. they dont have time unless thier willing to lose. they sweat the fluid off before it reaches the bladder. but if for some reason they have to go they might just piss in there pants and then after the race they pour somthing on themselves to hide were they pissed on them selves.

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT RACING SERIES YOU ARE REFERRING TO. IN NASCAR THE ONLY "BREAK" THEY GET IS UNDER CAUTION OR WHILE THEY ARE ON A PIT STOP BUT THEY CANT GET OUT OF THEIR CARS. IN DRAG RACING DRIVERS HAVE APPROX 1 HR BETWEEN RUNS SO THEY DEFINITELY GET A BREAK

Yeah! They get short breaks on cautions.
