I think it's pointless, you'll most likely lose money or break even.

I buy lottery tickets sometimes. I did buy a AZ scratcher ticket and won a 42 inch plasma screen tv with home entertainment center back in Jan of 06. That's all I have ever won in my life though. Not bad for a three $ ticket. We needed a tv too.

I do very little gambling because it is a waste of money though can be exiting. Keep it to a very minimum. The odds are always against the player and for the house. The house must win the majority of the time.... how else could a casino stay in business?

Do you think the extra large, ritzy, glitzy, entertainment symbols of Amercan excess could be built... if people won at their gaming tables?
Lottery tickets are a 1 to 14 MILLION extra L-O-N-G shot! Or...,(Each states population divided by each ticket purchased - Lottery tickets are known as a "regressive tax")
But..., you can't win UNLESS you play B-A-B-Y!

No not much, my husband lived in vegas for awhile and gambling is mostly an illusion. The odds are that you will not win big. Best game is black jack, you can at least see some of the cards. Some people do well at craps.

I think lottery tickets are kool every now and then for the fun of it. if the odds arent too bad, I will gamble. just for thrills

I buy 1 power ball from every state I go through that has it....Sometimes I will have 2 sometimes 5....But I break even most of the time...

i dont cuz im 17, but when i was a kid and my dad went to the liquor store i would have him buy me a "scratchie" you know those scratch off tickets u can get for a buck.
