Please don't start to get concerned over your appearance if you are only a teen. If really have a question about what is healthy, ask a doctor. Asking here is the same as asking the general public, you will get answers that say you are fat and need to exercise and others will say you will be fine. The truth is, nobody here knows, they can't know because they know nothing about your body, muscles, bone structure, height, weight, etc. If you really want to know, ask your doctor.

First off let me say i was chubby until i was in about eighth grade.
although i did begin growing more at that time, i also began to excersize 2-3 times a day (such as running on the tread mill, push ups curl ups) and eventually got a daily routine. Eating right helps but it is not essential if you excersize. Therefore start excersizing and im sure you'll be fine in no time

In fact, if you're a teen and haven't hit your growth spurt then you'll definitely grow into it.
If not, do this excercise daily:
put your hands face down on the floor under your butt and lay down. Lift your legs up high, then SLOWLY bring them down WITHOUT touching the floor. Repeat until you get too tired to keep going.

No. Prepare for a life of fatness. Skinny girls grow up to be skinny women, fat girls grow up to be fat women. you rarely grow into it. run laps. eat less. binge and purge without the binge.

you might, but you could always be pre-emptive and exercise anyways, that way you'l be healthy either way it goes
