I am trying to figure out how to take off all my administrator blocks. I know I have to go into the hard drive, but I'm lost from there. The messages that come up show this: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. How can I get rid of that?

It's because you are not using an administrator account. Log off your account by clicking start, shutdown, log off (user name).....

This will take you to the sign on screen, Change your user name to administrator, then plug in the administrator password.... You can then do what you like...

If you don't have the password, there are password crackers that you can use, or you can just reinstall windows from the CD that you go with your computer...

Unless you have an administrative password, you can't. Your administrator has blocked whatever it is you are trying to do on purpose. You will have to talk to him.

You have to sign in as a Adminatrator to do this. Then you can change other accounts...including your own....
