Chin dimples
Some people have a dimple on their chins, known as cleft chin. Like cheek dimples, chin dimples are inheritable and have a varying degree of prominence. For example, while Kirk Douglas has a very conspicuous cleft chin, his son, Michael Douglas has a much less visible cleft chin. The majority of females do not have cleft chins.[3]
The groove of the cleft chin is not just skin-deep, but also on the jawbone, as a groove in the vertical mid-line of symphysis menti and the soft tissue above it. It is probably the result of incomplete fusion between the left and right halves of the lower jaw during embryologic development.[4]
Cheek dimples may be inherited as an irregular dominant. Wiedemann (1990) described a unilateral cheek dimple in a 5-year-old girl whose mother had a similar dimple when she was a child, also in her left cheek, and only when she smiled. The cheek dimple disappeared completely by age 13 in the mother. Wiedemann (1990) also mentioned bilateral cheek dimples in a 14-year-old boy; his mother had bilateral dimples which disappeared by adulthood. In another family, a brother and sister, their father, 3 paternal uncles, as well as their paternal grandfather and great-grandfather, had dimples of both cheeks. What are you talking about? I don't think I've ever known any guy who didn't find a girl with a dimple in her chin to be attractive. In fact, when I was in high school, I found that the sexiest girls were the ones with a dimple in their chin. Especially ones with a really thick dimple in their chin. There was this one girl I first knew back in the ninth grade whose name was Stephanie. She had long, blond hair; a hot body; and a really sexy dimple in her chin. She'd make her dimple thicker whenever she was putting on her charm with the boys. She was in my fantasies. There probably isn't a boy in your whole school who doesn't find you attractive.
