I'm particularly interested what would be the responsibility of the people and/or government towards elderly, invalid, and orphaned?

I would immediately rid the government of all corruption. That means outlawing paid lobbyists. If enough Americans demanded that paid lobbyists be outlawed in Washington, there would be immediate change in everything, and the people's money would be spent far more wisely.

The elderly, invalided, and orphaned would be taken care of and those who are able to work would work or starve! I sincerely believe it is just that simple.

I think of running a more perfect govermenet is clearly COMMUNICATION. This government lacks the communication. No one in congress knows what the president wants and democrats and replicans yell over something that could be cleared by communicating with each other.

Have the whole government be run by a group of middle-aged, secure, smart, educated, organized women!
