If you live Florida, in what temperture do you start wearing sweaters/jackets?

I visited Florida. I live in California. Was born in Colorado. I hardly wear a jacket in the middle of winter here. I hate heat. The colder the better. Down to about 40 degrees or so. Then only jeans and a long shirt though.

I don't live in Florida but I grew up in New Orleans which is also pretty hot and humid. I live in New York City now and here I usually start wearing sweaters when the temperature gets into the low 60s. In New Orleans I sometimes wore them at higher temperatures because the humidity makes it feel colder than it really is.

I'm a native New Englander but I lived in Florida for 3 years (north and south florida). It always amazed me when people would wear gloves and earmuffs when it was 60 outside! That was more south florida than north florida, though.

I live in Yellowknife and I start sweating at +22*C.

He I will not feel cold until it gets to -20*C. So enjoy your awful heat and think your self lucky.
