What do salamanders eat?

Mostly live bugs. Different salamanders like different bugs.
Slugs, tiny snails, grubs, things like that.

I have always fed mine mealworms..they seem to love it,I had them for manny years:Es

Meal worms, blood worms, earthworms. I have also fed them small crickets and tadpoles.
