im in 8th grade, is it okay to know wat i want to do exaclty what i wanna do w/ my life and how to do it? i want to go to harvard or yale, a doctors- masters degree in biology/ marine biology, major in that, and minor in astrology, is it posible to minor in astrology?

Nooooo, astrology is a pseudo science. Astronomy, yes. And I would concentrate on high school......

I think it is good too. I think you have to be open to change as you age and grow though. As you experience new things you may things and think wow, maybe I would rather major is botany, zoology, etc. Also, I think Harvard is a big business school, you have to be sure the Ivy League school you want has the program you want.
No, you cannot major or minor in astrology. Maybe astronomy?? Or were you thinking telling horoscopes?
What is great is that you have high goals and aspirations for yourself. You will work hard in high school, do well on your tests...so you will be set, even if you decide you want to be an accountant.
In 8th grade I was sure I was going to be the next Ann Landers/Dear Abby. I wrote for the school advice column in 8th and 9th grade. I ended up learning in 9th grade and 10th grade that I loved art and art history. So, I am now an art teacher.

Its fine to know what you want to do with your life, I'm in 8th grade and I have known that I want to be a Malpractice lawyer since I was 5, as for minoring in Astrology, wouldn't it make more sense to minor in something more related to your major...but i don't really know.

It's great that you know what you want to do with your life and how you want to do it! Yes, you can minor in astrology. I know adults who are in there forties who still don't know what they want to do with their lives and at the same time I know adults who have more than one degree. Now that you know what it is you want to do and how you want to do it, the important thing to do next is to decide on what it will take to keep you motivated to reach your goals. yes, you can major in astrology. you will need to find a charlatan who will take your money. there are plenty out there.
