go to "tools"..."internet options"..."general" tab...in the homepage section, next to "address" type www.comcast.net...click ok and done

Click on Tools
Go to Internet Options
In the text box in the upper right type in www.comcast.net
Done

Open the Browser and on tools option click internet options.You should see a purple hilighted part click there and erase what it says and write the home page to www.comcast.com or other home page you want.

Go to Start-->Control Panel--->Network and Internet Connections-->Internet Options and from the "General" tab It says homepage, just erase http://www.yahoo.com and change it to comcast.net. Easy!
