D = M/V
(Density = Mass/Volume)
Volume = l x w x h
V = (20)(8)(14)
So...
D = 226.8 / (20)(8)(14)

well technically the weight is 8 oz and the mass is 226.8 grams.
density is mass/volume
volume of a box is .... well ... the volume of the box ... 20*8*14
so the density is 226.8 grams / (20*8*14) cm^3

Density is simply the ratio between the mass of an object and the volume of the object.
So.. divide the mass in grams by the volume in cm(cubed) and you've got it.
226.8 g
------------------
(20cm x 8cm x 14cm)

to figure out density you need to know the mass and the volume of the object. after that you divide the mass by the volume to get the density.

Your mass is 226.8g
Your volume is 20 * 8 * 14 = 2240cc
D = M/V = 0.10125 g/cc

okay d=m/v this means density means mass dived my the volume so you would take your mass of 226.8g and divide by 20x8x14 which is 2240cm3 then you get wait you wrote down weight not mass so it might be differnt just follow density= mass divided by volume
