Maybe she's not a full-blown lesbian. Maybe it's something her husband is well aware of and he has plans to engage in all kinds of freaky 3-somes with his wife and her female friends, Maybe you should leave this alone. If he doesn't know now, trust me, he will very soon.

Are you sure that he doesn't know and can accept the situation. He might even condone it. If he doesn't know and If she considers you a best friend then you should be able to talk to her openly and encourage her to be honest with him - it isn't fair to enter into a marriage with something that would certainly impact their relationship in the future.
