when they look shaddy, i end up thinking does he loo at me and think that me and him are on the same shaddy looking level. and the thing is i dress pretty well, so why the hell are you winking at me! theres no chance BUDDY!

Depends on the context of the wink. Sometimes people will wink when they're doing a subtle joke. But if it's a wink that's rooted in some sort of sexual attraction, then yeah, it usually creeps me out.
