im preatty sure i want to have my own marketing company but i would still like to take the test its the test where they ask you a bunch of qs and they assess it and give you 3 or so answers and you get a general idea

A good test and book to read is "Now, Discover Your Strengths" by buckingham and clifton. Buy the book and the test is free.
