The debate on whether or not a woman can get pregnant during her period has been going on for decades now. Just like every woman is different, so are her hormonal balances and hence her menstrual cycle. Though there are generalities on which some ground basics of menstruation and pregnancy can be formed, but eventually it all boils down to individual physiology. So, yes, you can get pregnant during your periods.

There is a definite chance that any woman can get pregnant during her periods. Though the chances of pregnancy during periods are usually low during periods, they exist for all women. During periods, the chances of pregnancy are comparatively lower at the onset of a woman's period and increase just after her periods. The truth is that there is no predictable time during the month when the risk of pregnancy can be said to be absent. Lets understand how and when this can happen.

Not usually but it can happen. A woman's most fertile days are during the week after her period ends. Given a regular 28 day cycle, count the first day of your period as Day One. Ovulation occurs around Day 14. Your most fertile days are between Day 8 and Day 16 inclusive.

Nope

A woman gets pregnant exactly 14 days BEFORE the first day of her period. Cycles last from 28 to 30 days normally.

During a woman's period, pH and other conditions in the vagina are not optimal for getting pregnant. So i say not

There are no truly "safe" days. Women are often told that they cannot get pregnant if they have sex during a period. The chances are less, but not foolproof.
Not only that, but having sex during a period is messy and raises the chances of getting a yeast infection.

A woman can get pregnant any time, because the sperm can live for 2-3 days after insemination.

I'd say it's unlikely but still possible. If a woman has super active ovaries and ovulates very early in her cycle, then a sperm has a goal and there is a chance that there will be the beginning of a lining for the zygote to attach.
