I wouldn't worry too much about it. The same thing happened to me when I went off my birth control pills a couple of months back. I had a period that was a week early, which I thought was a little odd. I talked to a pharmacist who said it was normal due to the change in my hormone balance. If you've been sexually active lately, I would recommend taking a home pregnancy test just to be sure. If you're still worried about it after a negative test then contact your doctor. I'm sure they would be more than happy to give you a blood test to be 100% positive that you aren't pregnant.

Um, I'd ask your doctor or even the pharmacist to be sure. I know that when you stop taking birth control pills it can throw your system out of wack causing irregular periods. This doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant. Remember birth control pills control your hormone levels which in turn controls/regulates when you have your period.
If you suspect you're pregnant, a separate issue (I think), get one of those home pregnancy tests. My friends recommend taking it first thing in the morning when you first go to the bathroom. It's supposed to be the most reliable time.

same thing happened to me about 2 weeks early. It's because you are not taking your pills which have hormones in them, once you stop your body pretty much thinks its time for a period. Once I had that period they got back to normal.

When you stop taking the pill, your hormonal system is temporarily thrown off balance, so you are not necessarily pregnant.

It means you aren't pregnant. You might be pregnant if you had missed your period.
