Your blood type has nothing to do with whether you get pregnant or not. The only time it will effect you is when your are pregnant and have a neg blood type and the baby has a positive. This will only happen if the baby's father has a positive blood type. With both of you having negative blood types you should be fine. What happens with a mother having a negative blood type and the baby having a positive blood type is that the mothers body can start creating antibodies that will attack the baby because of the positive blood type. This can cause the baby to have bleeding problems or you could have a miscarriage. All of this can be prevented by getting a shot from your doctor at the beginning of your third trimester and after you deliver the baby.

I don't think blood types have anything to do with fertility. Sometimes when the Mom has negative blood, but the baby has positive blood, Mom's blood produces antibodies which affect the baby. That doesn't occur until the Mom has had one positive baby, and there's a shot to prevent it from happening, plus the doctors monitor the blood during the last trimester, but that's not your question. Good luck on starting a family real soon.

It makes no difference what your blood type is...however it does make a difference is the RH factor...you are both negative, so that shold make it easier...talk to your DR on your next visit.

No that does not have nothing to do with it. If you are planning on having a baby make sure you do it during ovulation time...

That's a goo d question, perhaps there are certain people who can not mate together. I would not worry about it all that much if you can't ~ your highest LOVE should be for each other, right?

has nothing to do with you trying to conceive. see a doctor if you're having problems, perhaps your husband should have a sperm analysis.
