you only need to leave the ignition on for 11 muinets 1 time or untill the sucurity light stops flashing thain turn off wait 15 seconds and restart the car
and we are not suposto tell you this the dealers dont like it

not for sure on the regal, my 2000 s10 pickup you turn the ignition to the start position let off key,but leave it in the on position for fifteen minutes until the security light goes out turn it off. repeat this procedure three times it should start. you may need to repeat this procedure if it doesn't start. may not be the same on a regal. if it doesn't work email me natallbad@yahoo.com and i can find out.

read the manuel, or have a cop bust open the window, or have the locksmith get his *** over there and open it...
