Alterations on a suit?

I'm looking for a good place to have alterations done on a suit. I don't mind paying a fair price, but the quality has to be good.

Go to a dept. store like Saks Fifth Ave and see if they will alter it.

try the yellow pages or ask a collegue with nice clothes.
