Yes. Most doctors have pregnancy tests available at the office, and they can tell you by testing your urine.
If you just became pregnant, though, it may be negative, because there is not enough of the pregnancy hormone in your body yet.
You may have to come back for a repeat test.
Also, they can do a blood test to determine if you are pregnant or not. It usually takes 2-3 day to get the results back, but this is usually pretty conclusive.
