They make sunscreen built into foundation, you will just have to search for it in the drugstores or at Sephora.com

If you have dry skin, first use a light moisturizer (those with oily skins can skip this). Then use a sun block and wait for at least twenty minutes for it to be absorbed into the skin.
It is very important to let the skin absorb the sunblock before applying the foundation - you can use a tissue to slightly blot the face before applying the foundation.
Foundation may be applied last and it is best to use one that has at least an SPF of 15.

Put sunblock on first then foundation. Also, make sure you are using a good sports/waterproof/transfer resistant foundation so that you don't sweat it off!

If you use a liquid or cream foundation you can mix a little sunblock in it and get the same result.

I suggest you purchase Foundation that has sunblock incorporated in it. this way you don't have all that stuff on your face and you kill two birds with one stone.

I would use foundation or makeup with an SPF and then you don't have to worry about it.
