They have these cool little things at walmart made for washing caps. IT is like a frame that you put over it so the washer cant mess it up. They are in the isle with the ironing boards and moth balls.

They make these plastic holders for baseball hats so you can wash them in a washing machine. But it sometimes straightens the brim again. I put mine in the dishwasher. It keeps the shape better.

you can buy this form that you put the hat on and then you put both in the dishwasher.Works really well.
