Hi. I had the same thing and I got totally dehydrated. My Dr. put me on zofran, and it did wonders. I lost 15 pounds during that time. My morning sickness stopped at exactly 12 weeks. What a relief. I really only had to take about 1/4 of the zofran a day, and it really helped. I also agree with the potato chip theory. They helped too! If you are taking prenatal vitamins, you may want to lay off for a day or two. My Dr. took me off all of my vitamins for about 4 days. Good luck, and hang in there. I hope this helps!

You should ask your Dr to prescribe you something. The meds work great! I had to get a prescription because I couldn't hold anything down. I am still on the meds and still feel great!

when i was pregnant with my daughter i had Hyperemisis Gravidarum, the best thing that worked for me was ginger tablets..you can get them with the vitamins.. also see if your OB will percribe you something... I also took a compound drug that helped...I know how your feeling right now..I had it throughout my whole pregnancy and actually lost 23 lbs during it

Motion sickness bracelets worked great for me. You can get them in the pharmacy area of the store. Also, soda crackers are always nice to have on hand to calm your stomach! It'll get better soon!!

I had severe "morning" sickness during my pregnancies....I ate plain Lays potato chips and that had helped me with the nausia.

It should stop within the first 3 months, but if you can stomach it Ginger Tea is a natural remedy...or fresh ginger
Sushi anyone? That was only way I could take it...
