I was with one of my friends she is a 15 year old girl we were playing cards and we made a bet winner got to pick the lossers Halloween costume and I lost she said I had to dress up like a girl so she asked her older sister to tell me what to wear they said i have to wear a bra,panties, a pink dress with heels
and they said thay would paint all my nails and put on makeup
How can I get out of this I don't want to do it

Hey a bet is a bet. If it were the other way around would you let her out of the bet? Just be a good sport and do it. At least it's on Halloween. Ask her if she'll cross dress with you. Ask her since you're being a good sport about it would she dress up like a boy complete with fake beard and mustache.

Bite the bullet, bud. Just do it. Instead of dreading it, think of ways to make it fun. If you act like it is no big deal, they can't enjoy your suffering as much. Plus you can make fun of them while you are dressed like they are. That is one advantage.
