The blond in the Covenant is named Toby Hemingway, and Draco's real name is Tom Felton. They do look a lot alike, though.

Taylor Kitsch is the guy in the covenant, and tom felton is the guy who plays draco malfoy....ha...that would be funny though...

No, it's not him. the Covenant was filmed in the US and Draco is from Europe. Plus, Draco isn't that old yet.
