i need advanced medical; help?

A while age I had an office appointment about a variety of serious medical problems. I am in a lot of pain everyday. I would like to use something like stem cells or the new nanotechnology or any other technology to restore me to mental and physical health. I recently was in two auto accidents as well as some heavy manual labor type jobs leaving me with some very unpleasant medical /psych problems. I have had nearly every test in the book I have two stress tests, a 2d echocardiogram, an EGD, an upper GI, a colonoscopy and some others with inconclusive results .A minor Heart attack was diagnosed though. I still feel like throwing up everyday, probably stress related I am having unexplained chest and abdominal pains from frequent throwing up as wells as being about 60 lbs overweight. I have had two hernias repaired Sometimes I feel like passing out I also have had about 2,000 dollars of dental treatments I am a white male I am 5'11" and currently weigh about 250 lbs. I was examined by my primary care physician a Dr of internal medicine and a gastroenterologist as well as receiving psychiatric attention .I am 43 years old I want to get restored to health from these mystery problems so I can go back to school and get my masters degree. And work at jobs at the level of someone with this level of education income . tough situation.... but stem cells as well as nanotechnology are still in the research stage and as such are only available to a very limited few, all of whom have ONE specific problem. That is the way all new technology has to be tested, or the other problems present would jeopardize the results. Wait 30 or 40 years, and then only maybe.....
Personally, having had many of your problems, I'd say stick with the psych to attack your depression. Second, focus on what you CAN do something about - your weight. ONE FACT: eat less than you burn. That's it. Nothing else, no magic bullets. I jump started the change in my metabolism by fasting every 3rd day for about 6 months. Every morsel I first thought 'this moment of food pleasure or skinny healthy me?' Found I passed up MOST food! Is it THAT important to you to feel better, or not? Once the weight started falling off it got easier and easier as muscle burns more calories. I lost 120 lbs (I'm also 5'10 and now under 200) which DID help a lot of my problems. STILL have chronic pain, diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, had quad bypass and several back surgeries, so perfection isn't in the stars, but tolerable always is. And I'm 53 so will be easier for you! BEST OF LUCK and I really mean it!
