The B-vitamins are often called the "stress" vitamins. When our bodies are forced to withstand the demands of physical or emotional stress, the B-vitamins and other key nutrients are the first to be depleted. The body not only needs specific nutrients to combat stress, but it must also replace the nutrients that stress directly uses up. Deficiency can cause fatigue, anxiety and poor hair and nail condition.

B vitamins i think, if you are low in them you are prone to be more stressed and not handle stressful situations as well. B vitamins help the chemicals in your brain cope with stress (something along those lines)

These are all the B vits, particularly B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride). They are supposed to help the body to cope with stress through maximum nourishment. They do not eleviate stress only help you to handle it.
