Spiders rebuild their webs each and every day. You have to get rid of the spiders to get their webs to go away. Spiders like hiding places so get rid of any clutter.

You have a spider (or several) somewhere in the house that is continuing to spin webs even if you clean the webs out. You need to find where it is and remove it.
Make sure any screens on your windows are sealed properly so the spiders can't get inside.

I would try to find the source of the problem. You may have a huge spider that just won't go away unless you get it out yourself. We used to have the same problem and it turned out to be this monster spider living in the attic climbing down every night. It was terrible and we had to get an exterminator to get it out! Yuck!

Set off a bug bomb or something to kill the spiders. Just tearing down the web won't always work, you have to kill the spiders, too.
