Space to fly airplane?

I have a r/c plane (firebird freedom) and i would like to know where is the best place for a beginner to fly in south florida( below lake ochechobee ) and without fee or liscence required

A license is not required. Find an open area approximately 1/4 mile square that is clear of obstructions and people.
