You asked for an answer from everyone. So heres your answer. I am a mom and I would not let my kids around someone who smokes or does any illegal drugs. And as far as his drinking they shouldnt be around him either. The money that goes to your drugs and his drinking can go to the kids. Thats an expensive habit on both sides. The kids deserve better than to have a drunk father and a high mother. Heres a question.......You know its illegal and you CAN lose your kids smoking that crap......so you must not think your kids are worth givin up that crap, huh? Not to mention you cant pass a pee test and get a good job so tax payers like me who do work and support my kids while clean end up payin for you and your family. Your kids deserve to live with neither of you.

I hope U don't live in Nevada,....if U get caught with even a single
seed...you can get as much as 10 years. I'm serious. They are
very hard core out there when it comes to pot, or other drugs, but
you can walk around drinking 24 -7 on the strip..anyway. But I
don't agree w/ your smoking weed or taking any other drugs, or
over-drinking....especially when anyone has kids. I have 2 grown
boys now. I stopped smoking and whatever, as soon as I found
out I was pregnant, because I wanted to be here, emotionally, as
well as phyically, FOR THEM. Sacrafice is what you need to do.
You have to sacrafice and change your lifestyle. PERIOD. I hope
you will give it alot of consideration. FOR UR KIDS SAKE.

Why don't you just quit smoking it? Are you working on getting rid of it? If you have no intention of doing so, I'd be supporting your ex, not you. Kids don't deserve to live in this kind of condition, not only is it embarassing them, its bad for them in terms of health. Why can't you think more of them, rather than being so selfish? Check into rehab soon, when you're sober.

Well doing drugs is illegal, and there's no justification you can give for you habit. Cheating on your taxes is illegal, but is it OK to do it when no one sees?? Would you want a person with a dependency and one with little regard for the law taking care of your kids?

Only if he can prove it.. other then that its hear say.. U should be a better role model for your kids whether u do it in front of them or not... so for ur kids sake i hope ur x husband can prove it because they need someone to act like a mature adult instead of a pot smoking kid..

Smoking is bad, around the kids or not. Awful things can happen and you can hurt them in so many ways. And, yes, he can. It's not a suitable enviroment when their mother is on drugs.

Possibly. The difference is that drinking isn't illegal, what you are doing is. Plus, no one here is a hypocrite unless they are doing the same thing you are talking about doing. Then telling you not to.

smoking a little weed wont lose you your kids by any means,,you have to be neglecting them or abusing them in some form for you to be an unfit parent,,a crime it is yes,,but given that crack ho,s can keep their kids do you really fear losing yours? put your kids to bed,,relax with a drink and a spliff if thats what rocks your boat,,if your kids dont know they are not getting hurt,,,and no ,,i dont need coments from others about victimless crimes here,,i know people are killed to get weed but not in her house.as long as your kids do not witness anything they should come to no harm.

ummmm i think maybe you two should both seek some sort of 12 step program, your kids are not stupid, they know more that you think they do. You and their father should be setting a better example........if given enough evidence you and your babbies daddy's can get custody taken away.........alcohol is not illegal (persay) but your herb is......and that will get your kids taken away in a heartbeat.
