Does anyone know any cheats like infinite health for Resident Evil 1 on Gamecube?

I just want the game for the story and dont feel like reading the resident evil novels.

there are such cheats...

but you will need a gameshark for that...

resident evil doesnt have any cheats that you can activate by just hitting several keys so the only way is to get the gameshark to cheat...
