No, I wouldn't say ugly at all.
Too much make-up around the eyes, that's for sure. However, that is NOT the main problem. There is something very substantial missing in your face. And because of this, you almost DO look ugly!
You want to know what it is?
It's a smile! I bet you look gorgious if you could just bring yourself to smile more. Loose the gloomy look, the dark make up and think of something happy. Say cheese next time and PLEASE send us some happy pixs.

no your not ugly. However you came here for truth. I would suggest losing the raccoon eyes. you have nice eyes but your messing them up with to much black under there. also you have a defined jaw line and high cheek bones. sweep the hair away from your face and add some nice eye shadow and mascara and your eyes would come out more. you can add a soft pink lipstick to your lips as well. nothing so harsh as you have now. You take away your beauty the way you have it now.

No. But, you need to SMILE for one, an ease on up off of the undereye liner.
Now, if you can't take someone calling you ugly, and having to come onto Yahoo answers to get an ego boost, I think you need to have a chat with yourself.
So what? People are going to call you ugly, stupid, fat ect...but ARE YOU? No..
People are going to say mean things about you for the rest of your life, but you have to learn how to get over it, and move on.

You know you are pretty and I don't think you really need anyone to tell you! However, I would ease up on the eyeliner! Besides it is who you are on the inside that is reflected to the outside world, that makes you ugly or pretty!

i think your'e cute! But you kinda have a little bit too much makeup on. You would look beautiful with less makeup- go for the natural look.

I think you have the potential to be really, really pretty. But maybe you could lighten up on the makeup, and do it better so that you can better accentuate your features.

You are pretty,but,loose some of the make up around the eyes,it doesn't do anything for you at all!
