Depends where you live. If you live i southern cali, I would try Melrose ave. You could also treat fer to a day at a really nice spa. If you don't want to spend too much money, a one hour couples massage and diner after wards would be nice also.

People often think that buying their girl something for her birthday is best thing to do. But it is not my friend. Because what do they really do with what you buy them, end up throwing it away. What you should is give her something to remember. Something to make her feel special. Like getting her name tattoo on you or beat somebody or group somebodys. Something exciting who really cares about what somebody bought that you could easily buy yourself.

it's extremely hard to shop for clothes for a girl. If you get a size too small, it wont fit and she'll feel fat. If you get a size too big, she'll think that you were suggesting she looks bigger than she really is. I would say just get her a gift certificate if you want her to get that skirt. If all else fails, perfume and jewelry always works.

i have no idea how old you are, so if you're out of high school, ignore this. but if you're still in school, my brother got 6 birthday cards and had all her friends sign them, then he gave them to her teachers and asked them to leave them for her when she had that class, and then for 6th period, he gave her a card that he had written in w/ a necklace he bought (we have early bird, so 7 classes total)
