Were still waiting for the time skip on the anime series =p. But if you mean manga chapter (since his 2nd appearance is too ahead of the anime). Its manga chapter 257 where itachi shows up as a clone of himself using only 30-35% of his power. Hope this comes soon too for the TV series. Anyway hope that answered your question.

that hasn't come out in the anime yet. they're still finishing up their fillers [hopefully soon, i'm super excited for kakashi gaiden!!] and that episode is yet to come :]]]
