Don't bother approaching Yahoo directly unless you have a huge site. They won't be interested.

You could consider joining commission junction - http://cj.com/
Yahoo is offering a few ads for their search marketing product through that channel which you can add to your site. They pay up to $91 per sale (ie, the person who clicked on your advert has to sign up for you to get paid).

Other than that your options for Yahoo specifically are extremely limited.

But why would you want to limit yourself to Yahoo anyway? There are so many other revenue sources out there including thousands of other advertisers at commission junction and...
