At some point you need to stop the car. You point your toe just as far forward as you can, but the pedal is just too far away and you can't find it with your foot. You don't actually crash, but you just keep needing to stop and don't know why you haven't actually crashed yet.

Anyone besides me ever get that type of dream? I've had it many times...you?

For many years, I have had regular dreams of trying to brake on a hill, but I couldn't, or braking while backing up, and I had no brakes--or even hitting someone when I back up. The most common of these brake dreams are where I don't have enough pressure in my brakes to brake effectively, and I worry about hitting something, or going through a stoplight, or stopsign before I get stopped. Also, along this line, I have had dreams of being in the backseat, and the car was driving itself around treacherous curves, and dreams where I lost control of the wheel, and as my hands fly up, I wake up.

the main possibly subject you're having is which you have an out-of-stability concern with one or the two considered one of your front tires - this effects interior the vibration you're feeling in the process the steerage wheel and the brakes. make particular the balancing of your tires - taking into consideration the prospect that your lug nuts may well be out of stability - I had this concern, and it led to a shimmy that began at sixty 8 mph, and it diminished out and in - even in spite of the indisputable fact that the stability grow to be wide-unfold on all 4 tires. The nuts grew to become out to be critically diverse weight.

No. I've had similar dreams where the brake doesn't work, the steering wheel locks and my hands are stuck to it. The car picks up speed and I can't stop. There are cars on the road in front of me and like your dreams, I don't crash. This goes on until I wake up. Pretty weird.

I've had dreams similiar to that before...I think it was because I hydroplaned in the rain once and my brakes locked up; it was a close call. It was an unsettling feeling of being out of control, and I dreamed several times afterward about not being able to brake and crashing my car. Traumatizing!

No, but I do have recurring dreams that are often quite disturbing. To end this phenomenon, as soon as I realize I'm having the same dream, I tell myself its just a dream. It is often just as bad as before, but I never have it again once I acknowledge its just a dream. Maybe it'll work for you too.

I wish my dreams were that simple instead in most of my dreams I am being killed by people I actually know, sometimes it's my ex of 15 years and then other times it's my little brother who lives out in the G.A I wake up sometimes really shook up, I'll take falling forever or even driving a unbreakable car, over being stabbed, shot, and even sometimes being attacked by animals like packs of wild dogs or even alley cats...........For real though.

never had a dream like that. Are you currently doing something really fast paced...work or something in your personal life....you may not have a clue how to stop something, so you keep good control.

They say dreams are a reflection of our everyday thoughts.
Just a thought!....hope i don't get a dream about dreams!! =o>
