What fail-proof method for concentrating in studies do you use?

this could be a method, way of thinking, visualization, even a whole new way to approach the task of getting knowledge that doesn't interest you, somehow...inside yer brain.
I myself have tried many techniques, but I keep changing them because they stop working after a period of time.

silents has always worked for me, but I know some people who use music to help them, I do not see it because I would be too busy bouncing to the beat..........
