i think so...people say that falcons suck but i dont think so..i think saints were given the game because it was there first one back in their new stadium...so falcons thought it was nice to let them win

Given the game? Well yes, because Atlanta went more limp than a wet noodle. The Saints had the momentum going into the game and won the game on the blocked punt on the first drive of the game. It was up to the Falcons to silence the crowd and take away some of that energy, possibly with an opening drive score. A blocked punt for a touchdown does not achieve this.

Hogwash! Do people still use that word. Hogwash! I guess now is a good time to use that word.
New Orleans is a pretty decent team and they were pumped up that night. Plus Vick has his off games and that sure was one of them. Why would Atlanta volunteer to lose a game, or why would the league compromise their credibility for this?

yea its bush and condaleeza rice's fault. they're making everybody lose to the saints-except carolina,they didnt get the message until the game was over. yea, i heard they wouldnt let the guy into the stadium to tell carolina to lose because he was carrying a gun and they thought he was a terrorist so they arrested him and sent him to quantanamo

I think so, it would be so discourageing for the people of N.O. to see there team come home for the first time in a year or so and get there *** kicked
