My routine is to go to the gym for 1 hour in the morning. 30 mins on weights and 30 on cardio. Then I only eat uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, water, and a baked chicken breast or fish once every few days. I take a daily vitamin also. I have lost 12 lbs in 14 days. My weight has dropped from 190 to 176. I feel fatigued a lot but not sick. What do you think of this diet.

It sounds as if you are going a little too strongly with the diet. Your exercise regimen sounds fantastic, though. My suggestion is to increase the amount of food you are putting into your body so as not to wear yourself out too soon. Most dieters rebound as a result of getting bored with what they are eating and not treating themselves enough. I'm not telling you to go out and consume a pint of ice cream, but don't be too strict on yourself. Continue to take your multivitamins and add a little healthy fat and protein into your diet. With just carbs, you're likely to get hungry and fatigue early. Proteins and fats take longer to break down, and they are necessary components to a good diet. With your Calories, go 60% carbs, 30% proteins, and 10% fats if possible. And drink tons of water, as some of the weight loss and fatigue may be attributed to that. Don't strive for weight loss as much as being healthy. You'll look good in no time. Best of luck!!!

I question the fatigue, but that may just be the physical changes and exercise. Anyhow, your diet sounds awesome to me! I am struggling to lose 20 - 30 pounds myself to get back to normal.
