Representative Mark Foley (R ) -FL resigned from Congress this week after being accused of being a sexual predator and sending explicit sexual messages to 16 year old male Congressional Pages. In light of these allegations do you feel that the National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee should return or donate to charity the contributions Mark Foley gave to the NRCCC to help fund other Republican campaigns?

They should, but they probably won't. They'll just use it for other candidates most likely.

No, because he was an excellent congressman while in office.
He is no worse than other politicians who also have committed
sexual type attrocities (Clinton is still popular - Kennedy is still
a Senator and others just as bad). Mr. Foley had no contact
with kids other than on the computer. He resigned which was
probably the right thing to do and his misdeeds have become
publicized and well-known all over the country. He has entered
ReHab and is probably ashamed as is his family. That should
end it. He has now paid for his sins.
