Thank you for your answers. I still couldn't stop the repeated email so I called my Internet Service (Zzzip.net) & they deleted all of it while I was talking to them.

Not sure if your issue is spam - which the others have given the answer for, or that you are using a program like Outlook Express to access your e-mail, and each time you do it redownloads all the same e-mail again.

If that is the case, look for a setting in your e-mail program to "remove e-mail from server". Then as soon as you download it into Outlook, it is removed from the e-mail server and not downloaded again.

click on the check box next to it and click on the spam button. but most of these idiots use many variations of the same address to stop you from blocking them.

reply it back to the sender type a note tell them to knock it off and quit sending you junk. thats what i did and now i don't have junk sitting in my mailbox.
