I'm not a big fan of both but I'd rather choose Oprah over Dr. Phil. At least Oprah brings in different experts. Dr. Phil merely repeats the expert's words. If he's such a know-it-all especially when it comes to weight loss, he should practice what he preaches. Harsh but true!

I hope that Dr. Phil and Oprah don't talk about this on their show I can see Dr. Phil answer this question " Do you feel that you will get a happy feeling from this question? Are you happy with your life? Robin! Stay out of this!

Oprah.....I just love her. I think she's a very compassionate and caring person. I got her anniversary disc set for christmas last year and cried so much it was pitiful. I recommend everyone to watch them....but grab a box of tissues.
