Once you have a virus on your computer do the virus stop the downloading the software so the only way to get rid of the virus is to restart the windows over i got a virus i put the software in i went to the computer store they say that the software not updated so the new virus can overpower my software and they also say that the software need to be in the year not one year old.

Go to Symantec.com and do an on line scan , wont be long in getting rid of it. By the way symantec is Nortons website , they are really good.

get avg free edition on download.com and update it then scan the computer and by the way avg updates everyday. get comodo firewall if you like, they also have a anitvirus called comodo antivirus...
