You might try to see if Mad TV has a website or see if Fox has a website. Sometimes they have merchandise stores and you can buy items through them.

You can make your own shirt on www.cafepress.com if you can't find a professionally made one. Just download a picture of Stuart (google images or something like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_McDonald_%28actor%29), then upload it onto any kind of clothing or gift item you want. I love that site! I make all of my friends birthday presents on it.
