Read through it and you will see it says Zarqawi was praised for hurting American, the largest infidel crusader forces in the world.

No consider the source, do you think they would criticize him without giving him a little praise too? That is an old technique knock him down a bit for not consulting the boss and build him back up with praise for the work he has been doing and how important he is to the group.
