I was with one of my friends she is a 15 year old girl we were playing cards and we made a bet winner got to pick the lossers Halloween costume and I lost she said I had to dress up like a girl so she asked her older sister to tell me what to wear they said I have to wear a bra and panties and a pink dress with heels
How can I get out of this I don't want to do it

sounds fun. but you lost a bet. be a man and stick with it or be a wuss and back out. i lost a bet and had to get a mohawk. shaved both my side hair and i looked like a retard.

Because you bet as a winner and looser,so you will have to do it,Just wearing a Halloween costume you are not going to become a girl nor with the bra and pantie as well as pink dress with high heel shoes.Hey buy the bra,shoes,panties and pink dress and enjoy..If you like to get out of this situation,try to convince her or get apologized from her.and request her instead she can wear all those things.Her selection is looks like Dorothy of Wizard of Oz.Let she should become a Dorothy.

man just have fun with it. Make sure your friend stays near you so its all a joke. Or better yet just make a sign over the dress (no rules on that) that says that you lost a bet. Its all for fun. Besides if you do, do it shell owe you big time and will have to pay up when she losses a good bet.
